We have a 200 Gal system and have been hobbyists for over 20 years and I can assure you that no other store comes close in the southern CA area! Fish Collection or Jimmy's (owners name) as the locals call it, has been a reliably well stocked reef store for over 18 years. Recently it has become one of the better stores with regards to coral livestock at reasonable to sometimes high prices. It's a small store with limited space for dry stock, but Jimmy will order products at your request. Advice and expertise on reefkeeping is better than average, but not at expert level. There is a smaller section dedicated to freshwater. Jimmy has an eye for the artistic side of reef displays, and his recent redisign of the store makes most local stores look like a warehouse hardware store!
