Why is our guarantee unsurpassable?

Here at Fish Collection, we understand that some customers have concerns about the quality of the livestock that they purchase online. We are so confident in the quality of the coral that we provide our customers that we will guarantee a ONE TIME replacement for most corals for one year (365 days). Coral found under the WYSIWYG category and anything that is considered rare are not guaranteed for the year because those specimens are extremely unique and there are not pieces that are similar enough to be direct replacements. Our fish are not covered by the one year guarantee, but they are guaranteed to arrive alive.

To redeem the one year guarantee on the coral, all we ask is that you send back the identification card that was packaged with your coral and that you pay for the shipping of the new specimen. The same $40 flat shipping rate will be applied to all replacement specimens. The second coral will not be sent with an identification card and therefore it is not replaceable. As aforementioned, we only guarantee a ONE TIME replacement of the coral specimen. We do not require a water quality test, photograph or the dead specimen, which makes our guarantee unbeatable!

Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped every TUESDAY.
The shipping rate for any livestock bought in our online store is $40 for any area within the continental United States. If you live outside of this area (Hawaii or Alaska), please contact us at (714)524-7109 during our business hours and we will discuss the shipping rate for your personal order. In regards to dry goods and/or equipment, standard FedEx shipping rates will apply. With any purchase that exceeds $250, the shipping will be FREE. We will ship any livestock order off of the website, regardless of size and quantity, as long as the customer pays the $40 flat rate for UPS. The reason that shipping is $40 is because these specimens require overnight shipping in insulated packaging in order to assure the health of the specimen.
